Terms and conditions

  1. Service Availability
    • Dimi Drive offers shuttle services based on availability and prior booking.
    • All services are subject to change or cancellation in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns.
  2. Bookings and Cancellations
    • Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
    • Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within this time will not incur a penalty.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100 % of the booking price.
  3.  Payment Terms
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking, or as specified by Dimi Drive.
    • Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit cards, or online payments].
    • Prices are subject to change and include applicable taxes and fees.
  4. Passenger Conduct
    • Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the trip. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in additional charges.
    • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
    • Seat belts must be worn at all times during the trip, in accordance with local laws.
  5.  Luggage Policy
    • Each passenger is allowed up to 1 piece of luggage and one small carry-on. Excessive luggage may require additional fees or alternative arrangements.
    • Dimi Drive is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during transport.
  6. Liability
    • Dimi Drive will not be held liable for any delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
    • Dimi Drive’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the service is limited to the cost of the service.
  7. Special Requests
    • Any special requests (e.g., child seats, specific vehicle type) must be made at the time of booking. Dimi Drive will do its best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee availability.
  8. Right to Refuse Service:
    • Dimi Drive reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or failing to adhere to these terms and conditions.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    • Dimi Drive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website and applies to all bookings.
